Ken Fransson

Ken Fransson founded CSG in June 1989.  He founded the company with a successful track record in developing and implementing employee benefits program focusing on balancing the needs of employers and their employees.  Ken has been working in the field of employee benefits for over 15 years.  Most recently he held a senior sales position at GE Financial Assurance.  Reach Ken via e-mail.

Dave Fraser

Dave Fraser draws on over 25 years of sales experience to bring marketing and technical expertise to CSG. He spent a decade as a field coordinator for Sheldon Good & Company, the world’s number-one ranked real estate auction firm headquartered in Chicago. While there Dave traveled throughout the United States coordinating, controlling and planning huge, highly-publicized auctions of entire real estate portfolios for a wide variety of government agencies and private lenders. A good number of these circus-style events grossed over $100 million in sales, with some advertising budgets exceeding one million dollars. Dave also spent five years as chief of marketing for a biotech firm promoting silver-based biocides and anti-bacterial products, some of which attained world-wide recognition for their efficacy. Karen Weinseiss

Karen Weinseiss brings Creative Solutions Group a background in marketing, sales, business development, as well as operations and administration. Prior to joining CSG, Karen was Vice President of Market Development at GE Capital Commercial Finance.  During her tenure, Karen primarily focused her energy on developing new channels for their commercial financing products.  Before GE Capital Commercial Finance, Karen was the Direct Sales Leader for GE Financial Assurance's Employer Services Group where she led a group of sales associates responsible for marketing employer and employee-paid benefits products.  Karen holds a BA from Douglass College at Rutgers University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.  Reach Karen via e-mail.
