Q: What is BestBenefits?
A:
BestBenefits is a healthcare program that finally allows the consumer an opportunity to obtain substantial savings in healthcare services and benefits such as: hospitals, and medical visits (national and international), cosmetic surgery, dental, vision, prescription drugs, chiropractic care, hearing, and much more!!

Q: Is BestBenefits an insurance program?
A:
No, BestBenefits is not insurance. Actually, our members enjoy the flexibility of this healthcare program because it allows the acceptance of pre-existing conditions and it does not have the complications of claim forms or waiting periods. We use our national volume power to negotiate the lowest prices available and the savings are passed on to our members.

Q: How soon can I use this program?
A:
In approximately 10 working days after enrollment you will receive your supplemental membership cards, and a Member kit describing each of the programs and how to use them in detail. In approximately 10 more working days after receiving your supplemental cards, you will receive your medical, hospital, and international membership cards, and a Member kit describing each of the programs and how to use them in detail. Due to the numerous PPO panels you must be enrolled in to utilize the medical, and hospital benefits, it takes the extra few days to ensure you are eligible to use these benefits and are enrolled in all PPO panels. Upon receipt of these cards, you will immediately be able to use your healthcare program.

Q: How do I know which providers will honor the BestBenefits program card?
A:
With your Member Kit you will receive a listing of healthcare providers in your area who are in the program, you may dial the number on the back of your card for additional provider listings, or you may use the provider locator on this web site.

Q: I've spoken with a few doctors that are listed on my provider directory and they have said that they have never heard of BestBenefits.  Why don't they know who you are?
A:
BestBenefits is relatively new approach to affordable healthcare.  With over 550,000 providers nationwide, it should be expected that many providers will not be familiar with our name.  However EffectiveSolutions is built off of existing PPO networks, with the doctors do have existing agreements to provide access to EffectiveSolutions members.  Your identification card identified the PPO networks, as well as, the required information for the doctor to calculate your savings benefit. 

Q: How do I know if the BestBenefits Program is available in my area?
A:
BestBenefits is available in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and international countries including, but not limited to: Central and South America, Mexico, Caribbean’s, and parts of Western Europe. To see which types of providers are available in your area, use the 800#'s provided on the back of your card.

Q: How do I pay for my healthcare program?
A:
A member has a choice of monthly payments that are made by electronic bank draft system or by credit card.  Additionally, if your employer chooses to sponsor the BestBenefits program, you may opt for payroll deduction.  

Q: Who can be included under a Family Plan?
A:
Employee, spouse, dependents, spousal equivalent (significant other, domestic partner) and their children, as well as, parents are included under a Family Plan.

Q: What if I need medical assistance when I am traveling?
A:
A toll-free customer service number is available to you for information on providers throughout the country or for any other assistance you require in using the program.

Q: Can I use the BestBenefits program even if I have other insurance?
A:
Yes! The plan works well if you have a high-deductible plan (where you are responsible for the first $500, $1000, $2500, etc.) or if you have gaps in your existing plan (e.g. no prescription drug coverage or no dental, vision, etc.).  Where the plans do not work well is if you have an HMO, PPO, or POS where you are offered first dollar coverage (e.g. no/low deductible and you pay $20 co-pay for an office visit).  Ask your representative to find out if your plan is a good fit or not or click here to send us an e-mail:  contactCSG

Q: If I am on Medicare, can I use the BestBenefits healthcare program?
A:
Yes! The healthcare program provides significant savings on the portion of the costs that may not be covered by Medicare.

Q: I have been turned down by insurance companies before. Can I still join your healthcare program?
A:
Yes! Everyone is guaranteed to be accepted regardless of age, health, or pre-existing conditions. We have no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no claim forms. There are no limits to your visits or savings.

Q: Why would BestBenefits benefit my company?
A:
Employee retention is key to the success of any business, large or small. The down time and cost factor of trying to retrain and recruit good employees can have an enormous effect on any company's bottom line. BestBenefits allows you to offer your employees a realistic cost-effective solution that can minimize the worry of family healthcare needs and ensure a more loyal employee.

Q: Do I have to file a claim form to get the savings?
A:
No. There are no claim forms or other paperwork to file. Most providers will provide you with the network price immediately during your visit.

Q: What type of savings can I expect?
A:
There are no limits to your savings. Your savings will vary depending on services, PPO panel you utilize, and the area of the country you utilize the PPO panels in. However, for average savings, you can expect to receive between 20 and 45% and more on the hospital and doctor benefits. For the Supplemental benefits (dental, vision, prescription drugs, etc.), you can expect between 40 and 60% savings and more.

Q: What if I have a pre-existing condition?
A:
There are no limitations on the use of the program, regardless of your health condition. There are also no waiting periods or annual or lifetime maximums.
