What is PDN:

PDN, the Preferred Dental network, is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which typically saves 20% to 40% of the average cost of dental care. PDN consists of dentists in all specialties who have contractually agreed to discount their regular fees for PDN members. Participating providers are monitored to ensure quality service and professional conduct guided by the principles of "Managed Care."

How does it work?

PDN Dentists have agreed to discount their fees according to one of four schedules. Your member booklet will contain names of participating dentists. Next to the dentist’s name (at the far left, under "Sch") is a number (0 thru 3). Compare this number to the chart below to determine the dentist’s fees.
