All Express Scripts members are eligible for immediate savings on eye care
needs including; savings of up to 50% on frames, 45% on bifocals, and 20% on non-disposable contact lenses.

You’ll find providers conveniently located in stores like Sears,
JCPenney's, participating Pearle Vision Centers*, and many others. Evening and weekend hours are available, and many locations accept credit cards.
Save $5 or $10 on Eye Examinations
Licensed independent Doctors of Ophthalmology or Optometry maintain practices at most participating locations to provide complete eye examinations and/or prescriptions. In addition, many Independent Doctors of Optometry and Ophthalmology have agreed to discount their normal spectacle exam fees by $5 and their normal contact lens exam fees by $10. However, if you choose to visit a doctor who does not participate in the Express Scripts program, you can still bring your prescription to any participating provider and have it filled at discount prices.

To locate the provider locations nearest to you, call 1-800-424-1155.
You should then make an appointment with the provider of your choice. At the appointment, simply present your membership card, which will verify your eligibility. There are no claims to file, and there is no waiting for reimbursement.
